RIMEK UNIK I FC Features:The Rimek Unik 1 FC production scale tablet press is capable of producing 270,000 tablet per hour ("BB" tooling). The robust construction of this tablet press ensures smooth running even at high speed. The Rimek Unik 1 FC is available in TSM "D","B","BB" tooling. It is equipped with all mandatory safety features, plus an operator friendly ergonomic layout. The innovative designed turret is made Electrodeless Nickel Plated Spheroidal Graphite Cast Iron of high tensile strength to ensure long life and less wear and tear. The Rimek Unik 1 FC is also equipped with timed automatic lubrication and metering cartridges. |

RSP Features: The Rimek RSP single sided rotary tablet press is a cGMP machine that is, attractive robust as well as a very well suited for small to medium pharmaceutical and nutritional supplements production applications. The RSP Model is capable of producing up to 38 mm Tablets at compression force of 16 Tons with a rate of 71,280 tablets per hour ("BB" tooling). Safety interlocking acrylic guards and stainless steel lower guards provide a high degree of safety for the machine's operator. |
