*Machine Functionality and Operation*. Our RP 250 PDA is a thermoforming blister packing machine specially designed to match the cGMP requirement of the pharmaceutical industry. The machine operates on the principles of forming, filling and sealing which are continuous through a rotary motion and the embossing, indexing and punching are intermittent in nature.
The RP 250 PDA is an automatic blister packaging machine which can be utilized for packing of Tablets and Capsules in blister packs. A rotary encoder determines the positional accuracy of the machine with respect to the feed pack. All the parametrical changes can be effected with controls through the MMI which has multiple password protection levels. The products to be handled are tablets, capsules for the pharmaceutical and the nutraceutical industry.
